A responsible Fig Tree staff member will pick your student up from school, and will safely transport them to the Fig Tree class location. Extended care is also available, at the Fig Tree Flagship and Kumon Carroll Gardens only.

Specific schools and pick-up routes are determined based on parent demand. Generally speaking, we can pick up from any school within a 10-block (or half-mile) walking radius of our Fig Tree class location, as follows:
Tuesdays - Kumon in Carroll Gardens
Wednesdays - Congregation Mount Sinai in Brooklyn Heights
Wednesdays - Fig Tree Flagship in Park Slope
Thursdays - Brooklyn Free School in Ft Greene/ Clinton Hill
Thursdays - Fig Tree Flagship in Park Slope

Extended care either before or after Fig Tree class is included in the pick-up price. For example, if we pick your student up at 2:50 PM and class is at 4:00 PM, the wait time before class is considered “extended care,” and is included in the pick-up price. Similarly, if we pick your student up at 3:50 PM for a 4:00 PM class, extended care is available until 6:00 PM.

Extended care both before and after your child’s class time is not included in the pick-up price. If you require additional extended care, please register for that separately.
